Development Assistance. 1. The Parties agree to exchange information on their development assistance policies with a view to establishing a regular dialogue on the objectives of these policies and their respective development aid programmes in third countries. They will study to what extent more substantial cooperation is feasible, in accordance with their respective legislations and the conditions applicable to the implementation of these programmes.
2. The Parties reaffirm their commitment to the Paris Declaration of 2005 on Aid Effectiveness and agree to strengthen cooperation with a view to further improving development performance.
1. The Parties agree to promote cooperation in order to increase mutual understanding and the knowledge of their respective cultures.
2. The Parties shall endeavour to take appropriate measures to promote cultural exchanges as well as to carry out joint initiatives in this area.
3. The Parties agree to cooperate closely in relevant international fora, such as the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), and the ASEM, in order to pursue common objectives and promote cultural diversity, respecting the provisions of the UNESCO Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions.
4. The Parties will consider means of encouraging exchanges, cooperation and dialogue between relevant institutions in the areas of audiovisual and media.
Development Assistance. The City will provide development assistance to Developer, as needed, to facilitate and expedite the issuance of building permits and compliance with other City-controlled requirements relating to completion of the Project.

Development Assistance. In addition to the Franchisor's initial training, equipment list, design services, Operations Manual, and other pre-opening services described elsewhere in this Agreement, Franchisor will provide the Franchisee prior to opening with a list of approved and designated suppliers and an advertising plan and advertising copy for Franchisee's grand opening. In addition to the other operational assistance and advice provided by the Franchisor pursuant to other provisions of this Agreement, at the opening of the Franchisee's location and for a period of 0 days thereafter, the Franchisor shall provide the on-site services of a representative to assist the Franchisee and provide further on-site training in connection with the operation of the Franchisee's location.
Development Assistance. SLU shall provide LICENSEE with all information related to the Patent Rights and Technology as may be known or possessed by SLU and may be reasonably necessary for LICENSEE to exploit the license granted in this agreement. SLU shall provide LICENSEE with reasonable technical assistance in connection with such transfer of the information related to the Patent Rights and Technology. Technical assistance after completion of the license is not to exceed [***] business hours of work, and LICENSEE shall pay SLU for any necessary technical assistance at a nominal rate of $[***] per hour, plus approved expenses. These expenses may include a single trip for two people to LICENSEE or an agent of LICENSEE to assist in technology transfer of the production process.
Development Assistance. NK may request that NeoPharm conducts, on NK’s behalf, certain research and/or pre-clinical studies on IL13 and/or Products set forth in the Development Plan. In the event NeoPharm has adequate personnel available, NeoPharm shall undertake to conduct such research and/or pre-clinical studies on NK’s behalf. NK will compensate NeoPharm in accordance with NeoPharm’s standard per diem fees which will be calculated on the basis of the amount of time per NeoPharm personnel full-time equivalent is devoted to such research and/or pre-clinical studies.
Development Assistance. Without assuming any liability, WPHLI will provide the following assistance and advice to the Owner prior to the Season Opening Day:
(a) Advisory assistance in negotiating the Arena License and other business arrangements necessarily incidental to the operation of the Owner’s Team, including the recruitment of player and non-player personnel;
(b) Advisory assistance with any necessary renovations of the Home Arena, and the acquisition and installation of any necessary equipment; and
(c) Advisory assistance with obtaining financing for the development and ongoing operation of the Owner’s Team.

Development Assistance. Assistance from Australia and New Zealand will be critical to improving Pacific island countries’ access to international markets. To this end, PACER Plus includes a Chapter on Development and Economic Cooperation and an accompanying implementation arrangement. These provide a framework through which Parties will work together to identify needs for assistance, prioritise activities and evaluate progress. The PACER Plus Joint Committee, consisting of representatives of the Parties, will act as the governing board for this work. Australia committed to provide up to $4 million of Official Development Assistance (ODA) to assist Pacific island countries prepare to ratify and implement the Agreement, and $19 million once the Agreement comes into force. Negotiating Parties have already identified immediate needs, particularly in modernising Pacific island countries’ customs processes and procedures. New Zealand committed to co-fund these activities with a further contribution of NZ$11 million. In 2020-21, total ODA to the Pacific reached a record $1.44 billion and will be supplemented by a two-year temporary $304.7 million Pacific COVID-19 Response Package. This broader development assistance will help address needs identified by Pacific island countries at regional and bilateral levels through existing Aid Partnerships, in important and related areas such as education and training, infrastructure and good governance.
Development Assistance. LSI shall provide development assistance to Synplicity related to the development of Amplify ASIC RC, including without limitation (i) delivering to Synplicity in a timely manner all LSI Materials reasonably requested by Synplicity, (ii) assisting with the integration, use and modification of the LSI Materials, (iii) performing the Development Dependencies, and (iv) testing any Deliverables and Updates. [***]. Synplicity will identify in the Management Committee meetings all areas where LSI is not providing satisfactory development assistance. At least 30 days prior to declaring a material breach, Synplicity will provide written documentation to both members of LSI’s Management Committee identifying all areas where [***] for which Synplicity plans to declare a material breach.
