Development Fund. Employers shall pay a contribution to the education and training fund established between the central organisations that at present is DKK 0.45 per working hour. The contribution is col- lected as determined by the central organisations. With effect from the first pay period after 1 January 2022, the amount will be increased to DKK 0.47 per working hour.
Development Fund. Clause 5 of the SCA shall be amended by adding the following new clause 5(7) :- “In the absence of any agreement to the contrary, CLP Power shall discharge its liabilities in respect of the balances in the Development Fund and the Rate Reduction Reserve after the expiry of this Agreement. Such agreement could include the handling and/or the continued maintenance of the balances in the Development Fund and/or the Rate Reduction Reserve after the expiry of this Agreement. In the absence of any agreement (whether under Clause 7(3) hereof or otherwise), the Government and the Companies will twelve months before the expiry of the current SCA (i.e. 30th September 2008) institute specific discussions regarding the way CLP Power shall discharge these liabilities.”
Development Fund. The Employer will deduct .25% from each Local 9705 employee’s monthly salary and forward to the local Union office following the end of each month.
Development Fund. The development fund of the Confederation of Danish Employers and the Danish Confederation of Trade Unions shall receive the amount fixed by the central organizations, which is presently DKK 0.40 per performed working hour. Effective from the first wage period after 1 January 2015, this amount will increase to DKK 0.42. The amount shall be collected in accordance with the stipulation of the central organizations.
Development Fund. A small Development Fund will be established to allow for growth, innovation and the further development of excellence in practice in future years. This will support our ambition to be a market leader in the areas of work included in our Agreement. It will provide an opportunity for staff across the university, for members of the Students Union and other partners to submit proposals for innovative development work to support the overall aims and objectives of the Agreement.
Development Fund. Employers pay DKK 0.45 per working hour performed to the development fund set up by the main organisations (the Confederation of Danish Employers (DA) and the Confederation of Danish Trade Unions (LO)). As from 1 January 2022 the contribution is DKK 0.47 for each hour of work performed.
Development Fund. 196. Notwithstanding the repeal of the Sugar Industry Agreement, 1979, the Sugar Industry Development Fund established in terms of clause 61(1) of that Agreement for the purpose of promoting the development of sugar production and improving the overall economy of the Industry shall continue to exist and shall be administered by the South African Sugar Association in accordance with such directives or regulations as the South African Sugar Association may from time to time determine and the financing of that Fund shall be an industry obligation. Repeal of Sugar Industry Agreement, 1994 197. The Sugar Industry Agreement, 1994, published under Government Notice No. R592 of 31 March 1994, as amended by is hereby repealed. Development Fund. Effective September a fund in the amount of forty thousand ($40,000) dollars is available annually to members of the Professional Support Staff employee group for the purpose of professional development.

With effect from the first wage period after 1 January 2018, the amount will be raised to DKK 0.45 per working hour completed. The sum is collected in accordance with the decision of the umbrella organisations. The fund is used for:
Development Fund. Pursuant to the MIDA Act, , including financing or refinancing, MIDA shall receive funds to pay for the development of land within the MRF Project Area, ongoing operation of the MRF, MIDA expenses, and the cost of acquisition, construction, maintenance, repair, or replacement of publicly owned land, infrastructure, or improvements (including without limitation, roads, streets, public utility infrastructure, trails, paths, parks, recreation facilities, playgrounds, open space, etc., and such publicly owned land, infrastructure, or improvements being referred to herein as the “Infrastructure”) within or outside the MRF Project Area. The collection, allocation, use, and disbursal of funds that are part of the Development Fund less ten percent (10%) to pay for MIDA’s administrative, overhead, legal, and other operating expenses, described in Subsection 10(a) below, which are generated from the Hideout Zone shall be governed by this S ection 10. (“Development Fund”).
