Common use of Development of the Project Clause in Contracts

Development of the Project. (a) The Company will acquire, construct, furnish equip, operate, maintain, repair and replace all aspects of the Project (including, without limitation, any required infrastructure) as shown on the Site Plan and Development Narrative (the “Site Plan”) attached hereto as Exhibit C. The Company intends and agrees to operate the Project at the Property for a continuous period of at least twenty five (25) years from the date of Completion of Construction of the Project.

Development of the Project. The Company intends and agrees to operate the Project at the Property for a continuous period of at least twenty five (25) years from the date of Completion of Construction of each Component of the Project.
