Development Well. Any well proposed as a Development Operation.
Development Well. A well or portion of a well proposed as a Development Operation.

Development Well in the singular and "Development Wells" ix xxx plural shall mean and refer to any wells drxxxxx on any Lease Tract subsequent to the Test Well drilled on the particular Lease Tract.
