Direct Labor Costs and Overhead. Direct labor costs and overhead shall be paid at a rate equal to CONSULTANT'S salary cost time the allowable overhead rate as determined by audit, in accordance with 48 CFR Part 31 as shown on attached Exhibit C “Billing Rates” for all Basic Services rendered on the Project.
