DIRECT SALARY RATES. Direct Salary Rates, which are the range of hourly rates to be used in determining Direct Salary Costs in Section 1.1.1 above, are given below and are subject to the following:
DIRECT SALARY RATES. Direct Salary Rates per hour for each Assigned Employee shall be determined and approved in writing by the Director, as set forth below.
DIRECT SALARY RATES. In such event, the premium portion of Direct Salary Costs will not be subject to the Multiplier defined in Paragraph 1.1.2 above. Direct Salary Rates shown herein are in effect for one year following the effective date of the Agreement. Thereafter, they may be adjusted annually to reflect the Contractor's adjustments to individual compensation. The Contractor shall notify Agency in writing prior to a change in the range of rates included herein, and prior to each subsequent change.
