Common use of Directory Assistance (DA) and Operator Services Clause in Contracts

Directory Assistance (DA) and Operator Services. (OS) 11.1 Subject to the conditions set forth in Part II, Section 1.7 of this Agreement, either Party may request that the other Party provide the requesting Party with nondiscriminatory access to the other Party’s directory assistance service, IntraLATA operator call completion services and/or directory assistance database listings. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access before the services requested are provided.
