Common use of Directory Assistance (DA) and Operator Services Clause in Contracts

Directory Assistance (DA) and Operator Services. 3.1 Either Party may request that the other Party provide the requesting Party with nondiscriminatory access to the other Party’s directory assistance services (DA), IntraLATA operator call completion services (0S), and/or directory assistance listings database. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access.
