Directory Boards. Landlord will make every reasonable effort to accommodate Tenant’s requirements for the Building directory boards. The cost of any changes to the directory board information identifying Tenant requested by Tenant subsequent to the initial installation of such information will be paid for by Tenant.

Directory Boards. To pay the Landlord immediately upon demand the cost of affixing repairing altering or replacing as necessary the Tenant’s name in lettering or characters to the directory boards provided by the Landlord.
