Directory Boards Sample Clauses

Directory Boards. Landlord will make every reasonable effort to accommodate Tenant’s requirements for the Building directory boards. The cost of any changes to the directory board information identifying Tenant requested by Tenant subsequent to the initial installation of such information will be paid for by Tenant.

Directory Boards. To pay the Landlord immediately upon demand the cost of affixing repairing altering or replacing as necessary the Tenant’s name in lettering to the directory boards provided by the Landlord.

Directory Boards. To supply standard directory boards in the Building lobby and on the relevant floor and to allot space thereon for the Tenant’s name to be affixed thereon in such uniform lettering or characters as shall be designated by the Landlord.

Directory Boards. Subject to the Head Landlord’s consent and pursuant to the terms of the Head Lease, where applicable, the Subtenant will have the right to include the name of its firm on the Building directory board, in the main Building lobby, and on the 2nd floor of the Building at the Sublandlord’s expense.

The design of the letters used shall be subject to the prior written approval of the Landlord.
