Common use of Dirty Work Clause in Contracts

Dirty Work. Employees who engage in dirty work, as determined by their supervisor on a day‐by‐day basis, will be granted up to the last fifteen (15) minutes of their work shift to remove work‐related clothing and clean‐up.
