Disability; Retirement; Involuntary Termination Without Cause. If you have a Separation from Service before the Vesting Date (A) due to your Disability, (B) due to your Retirement, or (C) by action of the Company for any reason other than Cause, the Prorated Target Units shall be adjusted for performance through the end of the Performance Cycle and paid on the Settlement Date as provided by Section 5 of the Agreement.
