Disability Separation and Disability Retirement. A) Disability Separation - A bargaining unit member who has exhausted all forms of paid leave and who is not eligible, or whose eligibility has expired under Section 7.6 may be disability separated in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code.
