Common use of Disbursements at Closing Clause in Contracts

Disbursements at Closing. At each Closing, the Company shall execute a Release Notice that authorizes the Escrow Agent to receive expenses of the Offering in the amounts specified, and effect a wire transfer of the net proceeds of such Closing to the Company or another entity designated therein by the Company. The authorization of the Company to release the funds held by the Escrow Agent is the Company's authorization to release the executed Transaction Agreements and Securities to the Purchasers. One complete set of executed Transaction Documents will be delivered to the Company.
