DISCIPLINARY AND GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES. 14.1 Any disciplinary matter affecting the Executive will be dealt with by the Chief Executive Officer. 14.2 If the Executive has any grievance relating to their employment such grievance should be made in writing to the Chief Executive Officer.
