DISCIPLINARY AND GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES. 15.1. Details regarding the Company’s grievance, disciplinary and dismissal procedures are annexed to this Agreement (Appendix 1) and other policies are available on request. However such procedures are non-contractual. 15.2. The Company expressly reserves the right to suspend you from employment pending investigation and any further action in relation to any disciplinary or related matters, for such period as it considers appropriate or until any disciplinary process has been completed. 15.3. If, either before or during the course of an Assignment, you become aware of any reason why you may not be suitable for an Assignment, you shall notify the Company without delay. A failure to notify the Company under this clause shall constitute a disciplinary offence.
