Disclosing Information. You agree to us disclosing any information we collect from you:
(a) in accordance with this clause 28;
(b) where we are required by law or regulatory authorities;
(c) to regulatory authorities and to such third parties as we originally consider necessary in order to prevent crime;
(d) where reasonably necessary, to any third party which provides a service to us in connection with this Client Agreement, but restricted to the purposes of providing that service.
Disclosing Information. We will treat any information we obtain or have obtained about you as confidential. We may disclose information we have collected as follows: to affiliates or third parties that perform services for us, or on our behalf, or that are providing service to you; to your doctor; to insurance regulators; to law enforcement or other governmental authorities under limited circumstances; for actuarial or research studies; or as otherwise permitted or required, with or without your authorization, by applicable law. Prudential or its reinsurers may make a brief report to the MIB, a not for profit membership organization of life insurance companies, which operates an information exchange on behalf of its members. If you apply to another MIB member company for life or health insurance coverage, or a claim for benefits is submitted to such a company, the MIB, upon request, will supply such company with the information in its file. Information about MIB may be obtained on its website at xxx.xxx.xxx. Prudential, or its reinsurers, may also release information in its file to other life insurance companies to which you may apply for life or health insurance or to which a claim for benefits may be submitted. A consumer reporting agency that prepares a consumer report may keep the information it has gathered and disclose it to others. We will not disclose information we have collected to affiliates for insurance marketing purposes or to companies in our corporate family or to non-Prudential companies to allow them to tell you about other products and services.

Disclosing Information. Any Party disclosing information under clause 3.3 (a), (b) or (c) must use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that persons receiving Confidential Information from it *** = Portions of this exhibit have been omitted pursuant to a request for confidential treatment. (a) do not disclose or use the information except in the circumstances permitted in clauses 3.3 and 3.4 and
(b) sign a written confidentiality undertaking in terms as least as restrictive as that binding the Recipient Party.
Disclosing Information. We make the information available to our Representatives, who require access for the purposes described above. Our Representatives are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information. We may also:
(a) share the information with other organizations (such as other financial or lending institutions, or insurance companies), fraud detection and prevention agencies, service providers, or regulatory or governmental bodies to prevent, detect or suppress financial abuse, fraud or other criminal activity, protect our assets and interests, defendor settleclaims, managerisksandresolvedisputes;
(b) share the information with the operators and participants of payment networks to process payments and other transactions, manage risks, detect and prevent fraud, maintain up to date records, resolve disputes and administer loyalty programs, promotional activities or other activities related to the Customer’s Account(s) and Card(s);
(c) share the information with the Customer’s consent, or where required, in order to facilitate the provision or administration of a product or service that the Customer has requested;
(d) share your credit, financial and other related information with credit reporting agencies for the purposes of maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the credit reporting system. Credit reporting agencies may share this information with others;
(e) share the information, where permitted or required by law, such as to comply with valid requests for information about the Customer from regulatory authorities, government agencies, public bodies or other entities who have a right to issue such requests, or to collect a debt owed to us; and
(f) share the information in connection with the sale of all or part of our business or assets. In the event the information is used or shared in a jurisdiction outside Canada, the information will be subject to, and may be disclosed in accordance with, the laws of such jurisdiction. We may also use the information and share it with our affiliates to:
(a) manage our risks and operations and those of our affiliates,
(b) comply with valid requests for information about the Customer from regulatory authorities, government agencies, public bodies or other entities who have a right to issue such requests; and
(c) let our affiliates know the Customer’s choices under the “Other Uses and Disclosures of Information” Section below, for the purpose of knowing and honouring the Customer’s choices.
Disclosing Information. Union and all lower-tier participants, before entering into a covered transaction, must notify the higher-tiered participant if they are presently excluded or disqualified, or any of their principals are excluded or disqualified, pursuant to 2 CFR Part 180.355.

Disclosing Information. The Tenant shall:
(a) notify the Landlord forthwith of any change of name, address or registered office of the Tenant or any Surety;
(b) on demand give the Landlord full details of all derivative interests in the Premises, including details of the actual user, rents, rent reviews and service and maintenance charges payable in respect of them; and
(c) give the Landlord such further information relating to such derivative interests as the Landlord may properly require (including names, addresses and telephone numbers of the keyholders of the Premises).
