Common use of Disclosure Generally Clause in Contracts

Disclosure Generally. If and to the extent any information required to be furnished in any schedule is contained in this Agreement or in any other schedule, such information shall be deemed to be included in all schedules in which the information is required to be included to the extent that the meaning of such disclosure is reasonably apparent on its face. The inclusion of any information in any schedule shall not be deemed to be an admission or acknowledgment by the Company or Seller, in and of itself, that such information is material to or outside the ordinary course of the businesses of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
