Disclosure in Schedules. For purposes of this Agreement, with respect to any matter that is clearly disclosed on any Schedule hereto with respect to any Section hereof in such a way as to make its relevance to the information called for by another Section hereof or any other Schedule, as the case may be, reasonably apparent, such matter shall be deemed to have been disclosed in response to such other Section or Schedule, notwithstanding the omission of any appropriate cross-reference thereto; provided, however, that each of Parent and the Company hereby covenants to make a good faith diligent effort to make all appropriate cross-references within and to any and all Sections of this Agreement and Schedules hereto.

For purposes of this Agreement, with respect to any matter that is clearly disclosed in any portion of the Disclosure Schedule in such a way as to make its relevance to the information called for by another Section of this Agreement readily apparent, such matter shall be deemed to have been included in the Disclosure Schedule in response to such other Section, notwithstanding the omission of any appropriate cross-reference thereto.
Disclosure in Schedules. All matters disclosed in any schedules hereto shall be deemed disclosure for the purposes of all schedules hereto to the extent consistent with the context in which the disclosure is made.

For purposes of this Agreement, with respect to any matter that is clearly disclosed on any Schedule of the Parent Disclosure Schedule or the Company Disclosure Schedule, as the case may be, in such a way as to make its relevance to the information called for by another Section of this Agreement or another Schedule of Parent Disclosure Schedule or the Company Disclosure Schedule, as the case may be, readily apparent, such matter shall be deemed to have been disclosed in response to such other Section, notwithstanding the omission of any appropriate cross-reference thereto; provided, however, that each of Parent and the Company hereby covenants to make a good faith diligent effort to make all appropriate cross-references within and to any and all Schedules of Parent Disclosure Schedule and the Company Disclosure Schedule, respectively.

Disclosure in Schedules. The disclosure of any instrument, action, event, circumstance or other matter in any Schedule shall constitute valid disclosure of such matter for the purposes of all other Schedules.
Disclosure in Schedules. Each schedule attached to this Agreement shall be deemed to incorporate all information contained in all other schedules to the extent applicable.
Disclosure in Schedules. Any disclosure contained in any Schedule to this Agreement shall, should the disclosure be relevant to any other Schedule to this Agreement, be deemed to be disclosed with respect to that other Schedule to the Agreement where such disclosure and its significance would be reasonably understood by the party to whom the disclosure is made.

For purposes of this Agreement, with respect to any matter that is clearly disclosed on any Schedule, in such a way as to make its relevance to the information called for by another Section of this Agreement or another Schedule readily apparent (without further investigation), such matter shall be deemed to have been disclosed in response to such other Section, notwithstanding the omission of any appropriate cross-reference thereto.
