DISCLOSURE TO AUTHORIZED PERSONS. Either Party may disclose such information to its agents, consultants, permitted Sublicensees and suppliers, who need to know such information to perform their contractual obligations to such Party, and who agree to be bound by terms of confidentiality and non-use at least as strict as those set forth in this Agreement.
