Common use of Disclosures and Warnings Clause in Contracts

Disclosures and Warnings. Buyer acknowledges that it has been fully informed concerning the nature and existence of risks posed by transporting, storing, using, handling and being exposed to Product. Buyer will inform its employees, agents, contractors and customers of such risks. Buyer will display, publish and distribute any safety warnings or disclosures as may be requested or required by ARCO or any governmental authority from time to time.
