Discretionary Bonuses. The Employee shall participate in an equitable manner with all other senior management employees of the Bank in discretionary bonuses that the Board may award from time to time to the Bank’s senior management employees. No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the Employee’s right to participate in such discretionary bonuses.
Discretionary Bonuses. The Employee shall be entitled to participate in an equitable manner with all other executive officers of the Bank in discretionary bonuses as authorized and declared by the Board of Directors to its executive employees. No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the Employee's right to participate in such bonuses when and as declared by the Board of Directors.
Discretionary Bonuses. During the term of this Agreement, the Officer shall be entitled to such discretionary bonuses as may be authorized, declared and paid by the Committee to the Bank’s key management employees. No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the Officer’s right to such discretionary bonuses when and as declared by the Committee.
Discretionary Bonuses. The Executive shall be entitled to --------------------- participate in discretionary bonuses and incentive payments which are now or become authorized and declared by the Board or its authorized representative. Executive shall be entitled to an annual performance bonus of up to forty percent (40%) of base salary depending upon the achievement of specific goals set by the Company's Board of Directors.

During the term of this Agreement, the --------------------- Officer shall be entitled in an equitable manner with all other key management personnel of the Savings Bank, to such discretionary bonuses as may be authorized, declared and paid by the Directors to the Savings Bank's key management employees. No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the Officer's right to such discretionary bonuses when and as declared by the Directors.
Discretionary Bonuses. The Executive shall be entitled to participate --------------------- in an equitable manner with all other executive officers of the Holding Company in discretionary bonuses as authorized and declared by the Holding Company Board to executive employees. No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the Executive's right to participate in such bonuses when and as declared by the Holding Company Board.
Discretionary Bonuses. From time to time the Employee may be entitled to discretionary bonuses at the discretion of the Board and/or the Compensation Committee. No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the Employee’s right to receive discretionary bonuses.
Discretionary Bonuses. During the term of this Agreement, the Executive shall be eligible to participate in an equitable manner with other executive employees of the Company and its subsidiaries in any Company Bonus Plan or in other discretionary bonuses authorized and declared by the Board, and the board of directors (or the equivalent thereof) of the Company's subsidiaries, or by their respective delegees.

No other compensation provided for in this Agreement shall be deemed a substitute for the Employee's right to participate in such discretionary bonuses. Notwithstanding the foregoing, following a Change in Control, the Employee shall receive discretionary bonuses that are made no less frequently than, and in annual amounts not less than, the average annual discretionary bonuses paid to the Employee during the three calendar years immediately preceding the year in which the Change in Control occurs.
