Common use of Disposition of Documents Clause in Contracts

Disposition of Documents. All documents and data prepared by the Surveyor and all documents and data furnished to the Surveyor by the State shall be delivered to the State at its request. The Surveyor, at its own expense, may retain copies of documents or any other data that have been furnished the State under this contract, but use of the documents or data is subject to permission by the State.
