Dispute regarding Account Statement /Charges. In case of any disputes(s) regarding the charge(s) levied, the Subscriber shall notify the Company in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of the Account Statement and/or notification from the Company, failing which, such Account Statement and/or notification from the Company shall be considered as undisputed. Subscriber shall also pay full amount of disputed charges, if any, irrespective of any pending dispute(s). No waiver by the Company to the Subscriber shall, in any event, become effective unless the same is in writing and such waiver shall be effective for the limited and specific instance for which it is given.
