DISPUTES SETTLEMENT AND APPLICABLE LAW. 13.1. Parties agree that any dispute arising out of the Agreement, which cannot be settled through mutual negotiations, shall be settled in court of the Republic of Croatia in accordance with the rule of competence, considering that the applicable law is the law and regulations of the Republic of Croatia.
