Disputes with Cardholders. 12.1 Carrier will handle all claims or complaints by a Cardholder with regard to Travel Costs or Transactions. 12.2 Any dispute between Carrier and Cardholder arising out of the contract of air carrier and unrelated to the processing of Transactions shall be settled directly by Carrier without liability, cost, or loss to Member or Servicer.
