Disputes with third parties. (1) Without prejudice to the jurisdiction of the court designated in a contract as the competent court for disputes arising out of that contract between the parties to it, the European Community shall enjoy in the territory of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia immunity from suit and legal process with respect to any dispute between the European Community and/or the Beneficiary and a third party, or between third parties, which directly or indirectly relates to the provision of Community Assistance to the Beneficiary under this Financing Agreement, except in so far as in any particular case the European Community has expressly waived its immunity.
