Distribution Capabilities. Describe how supplier proposes to distribute the products/services in Bidder’s defined geographic reach. Herc has 312 operating branches nationwide which are strategically located in the areas to assure a flawless distribution of products and services to our customers virtually anywhere. Through fleet pooling Herc can move its equipment from branch to branch, market to market, or anywhere across the United States in support of this contract. Each of our branches can readily draw upon the nationwide fleet pool to satisfy our customer’s needs in the event of an emergency or change in scope. Neighboring branches can view inventories and existing reservations, improving equipment forecasting and equipment availability. Deliveries are scheduled at the customer’s request and, at times, are made outside of the standard hours. As well, Herc handles emergency, expedited, and last-minute orders – rearranging fleet, drivers, and additional resources to support the customer requirements.

Your response may include, but is not limited to, information related to the number of distribution facilities, supply chain partners, fill rates, on-time delivery rates, and your ability to accommodate expedited orders. RoofConnect’s nationwide coverage is offered by a single call to RoofConnect which allows facility managers the peace of mind both for the reactive emergencies and proactive planning. RoofConnect will dispatch the client’s call and provide all the follow up with an Account Management Team (minimum of three team members) assigned specifically to the client. Our numerous locations nationwide, allows RoofConnect the ability to reduce travel cost while utilizing internal systems to provide common and consistent tracking along with Asset Management history for the client. RoofConnect has Registered Roof Observers on staff and the Technical Services Department works with the Account Management Team to assist clients in identifying and prioritizing specific roofing needs. This enables facility managers to manage their roofing budget more effectively. Each year RoofConnect clients can budget for roofing with ease, utilizing the tracking ability. RoofConnect’s communication is second to none with a personalized web-based portal to track 100% of the client’s roof inventory. This includes roof diagrams, photos, budgets, and work order/invoice histories.

PACCAR Parts provides daily shipments to Kenworth, Peterbilt dealers and TRP stores from a network of 9 Parts Distribution Centers in North America. The majority of the Kenworth, Peterbilt dealers and TRP store locations receive same day service and there is a current initiative to steadily increase same day service to all dealerships and TRP stores. Delivery to the end user will be established by the local Kenworth, Peterbilt dealer or TRP stores.

  • Testing Capabilities 7.2.2.10.2.1 LIS Acceptance Testing is provided where equipment is available, with the following test lines: seven-digit access to balance (100 type), milliwatt (102 type), nonsynchronous or synchronous, automatic transmission measuring (105 type), data transmission (107 type), loop-around, short circuit, open circuit, and non-inverting digital loop-back (108 type), and such other acceptance testing that may be needed to ensure that the service is operational and meets the applicable technical parameters.

  • Distribution Upgrades The Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the Distribution Upgrades described in Attachment 6 of this Agreement. If the Connecting Transmission Owner and the Interconnection Customer agree, the Interconnection Customer may construct Distribution Upgrades. The actual cost of the Distribution Upgrades, including overheads, shall be directly assigned to the Interconnection Customer. The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for its share of all reasonable expenses, including overheads, associated with owning, operating, maintaining, repairing, and replacing the Distribution Upgrades, as set forth in Attachment 6 to this Agreement.

  • Packet Switching Capability 4.5.1 The packet switching capability network element is defined as the function of routing or forwarding packets, frames, cells or other data units based on address or other routing information contained in the packets, frames, cells or other data units.

  • Local Circuit Switching Capability, including Tandem Switching Capability 4.2.1 Local circuit switching capability is defined as: (A) line-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between a loop termination at a main distribution frame and a switch line card; (B) trunk-side facilities, which include, but are not limited to, the connection between trunk termination at a trunk-side cross-connect panel and a switch trunk card; (C) switching provided by remote switching modules; and (D) all features, functions, and capabilities of the switch, which include, but are not limited to: (1) the basic switching function of connecting lines to lines, line to trunks, trunks to lines, and trunks to trunks, as well as the same basic capabilities made available to BellSouth’s customers, such as a telephone number, white page listings, and dial tone; and (2) all other features that the switch is capable of providing, including but not limited to customer calling, customer local area signaling service features, and Centrex, as well as any technically feasible customized routing functions provided by the switch. Any features that are not currently available but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the BFR/NBR process.

  • Capabilities A. The Parties agree that the DRE must possess the legal, technical, and financial capacity to:

  • Contract Distribution The Employer will provide all current and new employees with a link to the new Agreement. Each department or unit will maintain a paper copy of the contract accessible to all employees.

  • Distribution Protocol (1) At a time wholly within the discretion of Class Counsel, but on notice to the Settling Defendants, Class Counsel will bring motions seeking orders from the Courts approving the Distribution Protocol. The motions can be brought before the Effective Date, but the orders approving the Distribution Protocol shall be conditional on the Effective Date occurring.

  • Interconnection Customer Payments Not Taxable The Parties intend that all payments or property transfers made by the Interconnection Customer to the Participating TO for the installation of the Participating TO's Interconnection Facilities and the Network Upgrades shall be non-taxable, either as contributions to capital, or as a refundable advance, in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code and any applicable state income tax laws and shall not be taxable as contributions in aid of construction or otherwise under the Internal Revenue Code and any applicable state income tax laws.

  • Meter Testing Company shall provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice to Seller prior to any test it may perform on the revenue meters or metering equipment. Seller shall have the right to have a representative present during each such test. Seller may request, and Company shall perform, if requested, tests in addition to the every fifth-year test and Seller shall pay the cost of such tests. Company may, in its sole discretion, perform tests in addition to the fifth year test and Company shall pay the cost of such tests. If any of the revenue meters or metering equipment is found to be inaccurate at any time, as determined by testing in accordance with this Section 10.2 (Meter Testing), Company shall promptly cause such equipment to be made accurate, and the period of inaccuracy, as well as an estimate for correct meter readings, shall be determined in accordance with Section 10.3 (Corrections).
