Distribution of VVI Fund Materials. The Intermediary will timely deliver, or cause to be delivered, to Policy owners all VVI Fund prospectuses, shareholder reports, and proxy statements and related materials as required by applicable laws, rules or regulations, the rules and regulations of any self- regulatory organization with jurisdiction over the Intermediary, and/or the Intermediary’s agreement with the Policy owner.
