Distributions in the Ordinary Course. In the ordinary course of business, the Borrower causes all of its Subsidiaries to make transfers of net cash and cash equivalents upstream to the Borrower, and the Borrower shall continue to follow such ordinary course of business. The Borrower shall not make net transfers of cash and cash equivalents downstream to its Subsidiaries except in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice.
Distributions in the Ordinary Course. In the ordinary course of business MCRLP causes all of its and MCRC’s Subsidiaries to make net transfers of cash and cash equivalents upstream to MCRLP and MCRC, and MCRLP and MCRC shall continue to follow such ordinary course of business. MCRLP shall not make net transfers of cash and cash equivalents downstream to its and MCRC’s Subsidiaries except for any transfers of cash and cash equivalents in connection with the extension of Intercompany Secured Debt and except in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice.
Distributions in the Ordinary Course. Continue to follow its ordinary course of business practice of causing all of its Subsidiaries to make transfers of net cash and cash equivalents upstream to the Company and not make net transfers of cash and cash equivalents downstream from the Company to its Subsidiaries, except in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice and otherwise subject to the terms of this Agreement.

In the ordinary course of business the Company causes all of its Subsidiaries to make transfers of net cash and cash equivalents upstream to the Company, and the Company shall continue to follow such ordinary course of business. The Company shall not make net transfers of cash and cash equivalents downstream to its Subsidiaries except in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice.

In the ordinary course of business each Borrower causes all of the Subsidiaries to make transfers of net cash and cash equivalents upstream to the Borrowers (other than amounts held by Subsidiaries as tenant deposits and for reserves, capital expenditures, leasing commissions, tenant improvements and other working capital purposes), and each Borrower shall continue to follow such ordinary course of business. The Borrowers shall not make net transfers of cash and cash equivalents downstream to the Subsidiaries except in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, prior to the Cut-off, any member of the GWC Group shall be entitled to declare and pay dividends and make other distributions (including, without limitation, distributions of cash) to its respective parent corporation, in the ordinary course of the business of the GSI Group, consistent with past practice.
Distributions in the Ordinary Course. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, from and after the date hereof, FWC shall be entitled to declare and pay dividends and make other distributions (including, without limitation, distributions of cash) to its parent corporation, in the ordinary course of the business of the GSI Group, consistent with past practice.

MCRLP shall not make net transfers of cash and cash equivalents downstream to its and MCRC's Subsidiaries except in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice.

In the ordinary course of business, the Operating Partnership causes all of its Subsidiaries to make transfers of net cash and cash equivalents upstream to the Operating Partnership, and the Operating Partnership shall continue to follow such ordinary course of business. No Borrower shall make net transfers of cash and cash equivalents downstream to its Subsidiaries except in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice.
