DIVERTIBLE MATERIALS Sale. CONTRACTOR shall make every attempt to sell all DIVERTIBLE MATERIALS pursuant to this AGREEMENT at or above current fair market value. All revenues derived from the sale of DIVERTIBLE MATERIALS collected shall be accounted for and offset costs in determining the rates.
