Dividends on Pledged Shares. In the event that any Dividend is to be paid on any Pledged Share at a time when no Default has occurred and is continuing, such Dividend may be paid directly to the Pledgor. If any such Default has occurred and is continuing then any such Dividend shall be paid directly to the Lender.
Dividends on Pledged Shares. In the event that any Dividend is to be paid on any Pledged Share at a time when no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, such Dividend shall be paid directly to the Pledgor and after such payment will not be deemed Collateral. If any such Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, then any such Dividend shall be retained by the Pledgee as Collateral to be held and applied in accordance with Section 2.6 and 5.3 of this Pledge Agreement.
Dividends on Pledged Shares. In the event that any Dividend is to be paid on any Pledged Share at a time when no Potential Event of Default of the nature referred to in Section 10.1(f) or 10.1(g) of the Credit Agreement or any Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, such Dividend may be paid directly to the Pledgor. If any such Potential Event of Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, then any such Dividend shall be paid directly to the Lender.
Dividends on Pledged Shares. In the event that any --------------------------- Dividend is to be paid on any Pledged Share, such Dividend shall be paid directly to the Pledgor.
Dividends on Pledged Shares. In the event that any Dividend with respect to any Capital Stock pledged hereunder is permitted to be paid (in accordance with the Credit Agreement), such Dividend or payment may be paid directly to the Grantor. If any Dividend or payment is paid in contravention of the Credit Agreement, the Grantor shall hold the same segregated and in trust for the Administrative Agent until paid to the Administrative Agent in accordance with Section 4.1.5 hereto.
Dividends on Pledged Shares. Pledgor shall account fully for and promptly deliver to Pledgee, in the form received, any non-monetary dividend or any other distribution on account of the Pledged Shares whether in securities or property or by way of stock rights, warrants, rights to subscribe, stock-split, spin-off, split-up or reclassification, combination of shares or the like, or in case of any reorganization, consolidation or merger.
Dividends on Pledged Shares. Subject to Section 4.4, in the event that any Dividend is to be paid on any Pledged Share, such Dividend or payment shall be paid directly to the Trustee.
Dividends on Pledged Shares. The Participant shall agree to remit to the Company all dividends paid on the Pledged Shares, to be applied first towards payment of interest on the Note accrued to the dividend payment date, and then towards reduction of principal of the Note. Any balance of any applied dividend payment remaining after prepayment of the Note in full shall be delivered to the Participant.
Dividends on Pledged Shares. In the event that any Dividend with respect to any Capital Securities pledged hereunder is permitted to be paid (in accordance with Section 7.2.6 of the Credit Agreement), such Dividend or payment may be paid directly to the Grantor. If any Dividend or payment is paid in contravention of Section 7.2.6 of the Credit Agreement, then the Grantor shall hold the same segregated and in trust for the Administrative Agent until paid to the Administrative Agent in accordance with SECTION 4.1.5 hereto.
Dividends on Pledged Shares. In the event that any Dividend with respect to any Equity Interests pledged hereunder is permitted to be paid (in accordance with Section 6.8 of the Credit Agreement), such Dividend or payment may be paid directly to the Pledgor. If any Dividend or payment is paid in contravention of Section 6.8 of the Credit Agreement, the Pledgor shall hold the same segregated and in trust for the Lender until paid to the Lender in accordance with Section 4.1.5 hereto.
