Common use of DNR Supervisors Clause in Contracts

DNR Supervisors. A supervisor of the Department of Natural Resources may meet the basic eligibility requirement for participation in the Group Insurance Program based on a combination of seasonal and temporary project employment. Eligibility commences after completion of three (3) years of continuous service in which the basic eligibility requirements are met; continues until the supervisor completes a year in which the basic eligibility requirements are not met; and commences again after the supervisor meets or is anticipated to meet the basic eligibility requirements in one (1) year.

DNR Supervisors. A supervisor of the Department of Natural Resources may meet the basic 19 eligibility requirement for participation in the Group Insurance Program based on a 20 combination of seasonal and temporary project employment. Eligibility commences after 21 completion of three (3) years of continuous service in which the basic eligibility requirements 1 are met; continues until the supervisor completes a year in which the basic eligibility 2 requirements are not met; and commences again after the supervisor meets or is anticipated to 3 meet the basic eligibility requirements in one (1) year.

Eligibility commences after 25 completion of three (3) years of continuous service in which the basic eligibility 26 requirements are met; continues until the supervisor completes a year in which the basic 1 eligibility requirements are not met; and commences again after the supervisor meets or is 2 anticipated to meet the basic eligibility requirements in one (1) year.

Eligibility commences 12 after completion of three (3) years of continuous service in which the basic eligibility 13 requirements are met; continues until the supervisor completes a year in which the 14 basic eligibility requirements are not met; and commences again after the supervisor 15 meets or is anticipated to meet the basic eligibility requirements in one (1) year.
