Document Production. This Agreement is expressly conditioned on Company providing all identified schedules and exhibits at the time of closing.
Document Production. Within the project schedule established in the applicable attachment or Work Order, Subcontractor agrees to provide VEIC final draft documents in “print-ready” form. All tables and/or links to spreadsheets will be completely filled out with final data. All document formatting will be consistent with the guidelines set forth on the applicable attachment or Work Order, or as provided by VEIC. VEIC will not consider incomplete tables or data, nor format and style inconsistent with the applicable attachment or Work Order, to meet the Subcontractor’s requirements as established in such attachment or Work Order.
Document Production. Contractor shall: • Produce documents that comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and follow stringent MCOSD style and format guidelines outlined in the Marin County Parks Brand Style Guide.

Document Production. At least once every six (6) months, Document Production shall conduct quality control tests to ensure that voter registration materials are included in automated mailings.

Document Production. Prior to the execution of this Agreement, the “FSA” agrees to provide the County a copy of its incorporating documents and a list of its current Board of Directors. The “FSA” further agrees to furnish the County with annual reports on activities and programs being conducted at the “FSA”, upon the request of the County. “FSA” agrees that, during the terms of this agreement, no material changes shall be made to its bylaws, without notifying the County of the proposed changes. If the County objects to any changes in the By- Laws, the “FSA” will work with the County to address any amendments or alterations to the By- Laws suggested by the County but will not be required to have the County’s consent to amend the By-Laws.

Document Production. 20. To expedite the review and assessment of relevant documentation, Xxxxxx must produce electronic versions (in their original format) of any and all records requested by the Director and/or submitted pursuant to this Agreement and Order via electronic communications or in a physical medium, such CD-ROM, DVD, or flash drive, unless specifically asked to do otherwise. If Xxxxxx asserts a claim of business confidentiality or other protections applicable to the release of information by PHMSA, Xxxxxx must mark such documents as confidential as provided in Paragraph 25 below. Since the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and PHMSA both have jurisdiction over the Facility and are coordinating with respect to the matters addressed in this Agreement and Order, Xxxxxx must provide all such records to FERC simultaneously as they are provided to PHMSA.
