Common use of Documentary Costs Clause in Contracts

Documentary Costs. The Borrower shall pay to the Lender on the Lender’s demand, the reasonable expenses incurred by the Lender in connection with: 9.2.1 any amendment or supplement to this Loan Agreement or the Security Documents, or any proposal for such an amendment to be made; and 9.2.2 any consent or waiver by the Lender concerned under or in connection with this Loan Agreement or the Security Documents or any request for such a consent or waiver, to the extent such consent or waiver is made at the request of the Borrower; and 9.2.3 any step taken by the Lender with a view to the protection, exercise or enforcement of any right or Security Interest created by this Loan Agreement or the Security Documents or for any similar purpose.

Documentary Costs. The Borrower shall promptly pay to the Lender on the Lender’s demand, the reasonable legal expenses and disbursements incurred by the Lender in connection withwith the following, plus VAT, to the extent applicable: 9.2.1 10.2.1 any amendment or supplement to this Loan Agreement or the Security Documents, Documents or any proposal for such an amendment to be mademade that was initiated by the Borrower; and 9.2.2 10.2.2 any consent or waiver by the Lender concerned under or in connection with this Loan Agreement or the Security Documents or any request for such a consent or waiver, to the extent such consent or waiver is made at the request of the Borrower; and 9.2.3 10.2.3 any step taken by the Lender with a view to the protection, exercise or enforcement of any right or Security Interest security interest created by this Loan Agreement or the Security Documents or for any similar purpose.
