Documentary Screenplay Compensation and Payment Deferral. The Documentary Screenplay Compensation is subject to negotiation between Company and the Writer provided, however, that it shall be no less than the amounts described in this Agreement. The WGA encourages writers and their representatives to negotiate overscale deals and to defer as little of the Writer’s compensation as possible.
