Documentary Transfer Tax. Either party shall, at the time of recording the Grant Deed, in accordance with California Revenue and Taxation Code Section 11932, be entitled to require that the amount of the documentary transfer tax due be shown on a separate paper which shall be affixed to the Grant Deed subsequent to recording.
