Documentation Agent; Syndication Agent. None of the Banks identified on the facing page or signature pages of this Agreement as a "Documentation Agent" or "Syndication Agent" shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, responsibility or duty under this Agreement other than those applicable to all Banks as such. Without limiting the foregoing, none of the Banks so identified as a "Documentation Agent" or "Syndication Agent" shall have or be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Bank. Each Bank acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any of the Banks so identified in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.

Documentation Agent; Syndication Agent. Each Lender agrees that neither the Documentation Agent nor the Syndication Agent shall have any duties or obligations under any Loan Documents to any Lender or any Loan Party.

Each party hereto hereby agrees that any Person designated as a Documentation Agent, Syndication Agent, Arranger or Bookrunner shall have no duties or obligations under any Loan Documents to any Lender or any Loan Party, except in its capacity, as applicable, as the Administrative Agent, a Lender, the Swingline Lender or the Issuing Bank.

Each Lender and each Issuing Bank hereby designates each of Barclays Bank PLC, Citibank, N.A., ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Bank USA and ▇▇▇▇▇ Fargo Bank, National Association as Co-Syndication Agent and agrees that the Co-Syndication Agent shall have no duties or obligations under any Loan Documents to any Lender, any Issuing Bank or any Loan Party.
