Documentation Updates. Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide updates to Documentation according to the terms of the Service Contract as they become available for distribution. Whether a Documentation update is mandatory shall be determined by Seller in its sole discretion. All updates to Documentation and Purchaser’s use of the Documentation shall be subject to this Agreement and the Original Terms.
Documentation Updates. During the Term, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide updates to Documentation. Updates to Documentation may be distributed electronically in the form of release notes at the discretion of the Seller.

Documentation Updates iCIMS may update, terminate, replace any part of the Subscription, the iCIMS Materials, and/or Documentation from time to time. Partner acknowledges and agrees that Partner shall make commercially reasonable efforts to remain aware of the Subscription functionality and features, and ensure that the information which Partner provides to prospective and current iCIMS subscribers is complete, true, and accurate. iCIMS shall not be liable for any false or misleading product information provided by Partner due to Partner’s failure to remain aware of Documentation and product changes.
Documentation Updates. During the Term, within sixty (60) days after receipt of CITY’S written request, MORPHO will make available to Customer any updates to the User Documentation made generally available by MORPHO to its customers (e.g., excluding any version customized for a particular customer).

During the applicable Support and Maintenance period, Radcom agrees to make available to Amdocs (who shall then make them available to [**]) updates to Documentation furnished to Amdocs hereunder which is related to the use and support of the Software (when such updates are made generally available to Radcom’s other customers who are covered by Support and Maintenance). Documentation shall be maintained and revised to incorporate new or revised operating procedures resulting from corrections to and revisions of the Software. Radcom shall also provide written communications (which may be via email) concerning the Material, Updates, newly available Upgrades, programming notes, and Documentation corrections to Amdocs with respect to Material that is under Support and Maintenance. In addition, during the applicable Support and Maintenance period, Radcom agrees to promptly assist Amdocs with any undocumented error or abnormal program end conditions encountered by [**] with respect to any of the corresponding Material.

As part of the OnGoing Support Services provided under a Services Order, and upon AT&T’s request, Supplier agrees to provide updates to Documentation furnished to AT&T hereunder which is related to the use and support of the Standard Software or Custom Software. Documentation shall be maintained and revised as part of such Services to reflect enhancements and corrections to the Standard Software or Custom Software resulting from the issuance of a new release, including the incorporation of new or revised operating procedures resulting from corrections to and revisions of the Standard Software or Custom Software, including APIs.
ii. As part of its Custom Software development Services under a Services Order, Supplier shall coordinate with AT&T in the manner and to the extent stated in the applicable Services Order to provide Documentation updates on all systems issues, open and closed, associated with Custom Software developed for AT&T. This includes, but is not limited to, issues logs, test results, jeopardy documents, and temporary code work-arounds.
