Common use of Documents Mailed to Holders Clause in Contracts

Documents Mailed to Holders. Promptly after the execution by the Indenture Trustee of any document entered into pursuant to Section 9.01(b), the Indenture Trustee shall mail, by first-class mail, postage prepaid, a conformed copy thereof to each holder of an Equipment Note at its address last known to the Indenture Trustee, but the failure of the Indenture Trustee to mail such conformed copies shall not impair or affect the validity of such document.
