Documents to Seller Clause Samples
Documents to Seller. Deliver to Seller counterpart originals of the Assignment of Leases, Assignment of Contracts, ▇▇▇▇ of Sale and General Assignment appropriately executed by Buyer, and a conformed recorded copy of the recorded Deed;
Documents to Seller. Escrow Holder shall deliver to Seller, a conformed copy of the Grant Deed, and a copy of all other documents deposited into Escrow by Buyer pursuant to this Agreement.
Documents to Seller. Escrow Holder shall disburse to Seller two (2) originals of the Lease Assignment, two (2) originals of the General Assignment, two (2) originals of the Final CRG Lease (for delivery to CRG), one (1) conformed copy of the Deed, and one (1) copy of any other document deposited into Escrow by Buyer.
Documents to Seller. Escrow Agent shall at the Closing deliver by overnight express delivery to Seller, the following:
(1) a copy of the Deed;
(2) a copy of the Assignment of Leases and Contracts;
(3) a copy of the Assignment of Membership Interests;
(4) a copy of the Bill of Sale;
(5) a copy of the Notice to Tenant;
(6) a copy of the FIRPTA Affidavit;
(7) a copy of the Master Lease; and
(8) a copy of the Closing Statement.
Documents to Seller. Deliver to Seller counterparts of the ------------------- Assignment of Lease, the Assignment of Contracts and the General Assignment executed by Buyer;
Documents to Seller. Deliver to Seller one (1) original of the Assignment of Infrastructure Rights, one (1) original of the Agreement Regarding Construction Obligations, one (1) original of the Infrastructure CFD Bond Disclosure Assumption Agreement, and one (1) original of the RMC Lease Assignment, together with any other documents to be delivered to Seller hereunder.
Documents to Seller. Escrow Holder shall deliver to Seller a conformed copy of the Deed, and documents, if any, recorded on behalf of any lender, as duly recorded among the official land records of the County of Los Angeles, and a copy of each other document (or copies thereof) deposited into Escrow by Buyer pursuant hereto.
Documents to Seller. Deliver to Seller conformed copies of the recorded Grant Deed, a fully executed Assignment and Assumption of Leases, a fully executed Property Management Agreement and copies or originals, as appropriate, of any other documents or instruments the parties have signed pursuant to this Agreement.
Documents to Seller. Deliver to Seller counterpart originals of the Lease-Back Lease, if applicable, and the General Assignment executed by Buyer and a conformed recorded copy of the recorded Deed; 6.
Documents to Seller. Escrow Agent shall at the Closing deliver by overnight express delivery to Seller, the following:
(a) one conformed copy of the Deed showing all recording data;
(b) two originals of the Assignment of Leases and Contracts;
(c) two originals of the ▇▇▇▇ of Sale;
(d) one copy of the Notice to Tenants;
(e) two originals of the FIRPTA Affidavit;
(f) one original of a Broker's Lien Waiver from the Broker;
(g) one original of the Closing Statement; and
(h) one copy of the Title Policy.
