Domain Name Registrations. Worthington Steel shall have the right, at Worthington Steel’s sole expense, to register and renew the “worthingtonsteel” domain name in root domains with any top-level domains of Worthington Steel’s choosing. Three months following the Effective Date, and on each anniversary of the Effective Date, Worthington Steel shall provide New Worthington a list of all such domain name registrations, including for each domain name the registration date, the expiration date and the registrar.
Domain Name Registrations. Biogen Idec shall have the right to register domain names incorporating the brand names for any Product in the following top-level domains: .com, .biz, .org and .info. Each Party shall have the right to register domain names incorporating the brand names for any Product in any country or region-specific top-level domain for a country or region in its Territory. For purposes of illustration, Biogen Idec would be permitted to register xxxxxxxx.xxx and xxxxxxxx.xx, and Sobi would be permitted to register xxxxxxxx.xxx.xx and xxxxxxxx.xx. The Party that registers a domain name will take reasonable steps to ensure that renewals for such registrations are docketed and paid in a timely manner to avoid loss of the registration. A copy of such docket shall be provided to the JPT at least every six (6) months. If a Party intends not to renew any domain name incorporating the brand name of a Product, it shall so notify the other Party in writing and the other Party shall have the right to require the Party holding the registration to transfer it to such Party free of charge prior to the date the renewal fees are due so that the other Party can renew the registration.

6.1 We make no representation that the domain name the Reseller on behalf of his customer wishes to register, is capable of being registered by or for you or that it will be registered in the name the Reseller designates. You should therefore not assume registration of your requested domain name(s) until you have been notified that it has or they have been registered. Any action taken by you before such notification is at your risk.
6.2 The registration and use of the domain name is subject to the terms and conditions of use applied by the relevant Registry; you shall ensure that you are aware of those terms and conditions and it is the resellers responsibility to take the necessary steps to insure the end user is aware and able to comply with them.
6.3 The reseller shall have no right to bring any claim against us in respect of refusal to register a domain name.
6.4 Any administration charge paid by the Reseller to us shall be non-refundable notwithstanding refusal by the Registry to register your desired name.
6.5 We shall have no liability in respect of the use by you of any domain name; any dispute between the Reseller and any other person must be resolved between the parties concerned in such dispute. If any such dispute arises, we shall be entitled, at our discretion and without explanation, to withhold, suspend or cancel the domain name. ICUK will be entitled to make representations to the relevant Registry but reserve the right to take part in any such dispute.
6.6 We shall not release any domain to another provider unless full payment for that domain has been received.
6.7 By registering a .uk domain name, you enter into a contract of registration with Nominet UK on the terms and conditions supplied on their website (xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.xx/uk-domain-names/registering-uk-domain/legal-details/terms-and- conditions-domain-name-registration). This is a separate contract to any arrangement you may have with ICUK for the provision of hosting services. It is the responsibility of the Reseller to make the customer / end user aware of these terms and conditions prior to proceeding with your order.
6.8 Domains transferred or purchased through ICUK that are part of an order or hosting plan do not have an outgoing transfer fee, providing any outstanding fees are paid as mentioned in 4.6.
6.9 The reseller must be aware and make aware to the end user the ICUK supplementary terms and conditions for any of the following domain endings: .com / .net / ...
Domain Name Registrations. You agree to register name holders as the customer who has requested and paid for the Domain. You may not register Domain names in your own name or use this method to gain an unlawful advantage over a customer from your prior registration.
