DOMICILIUM AND NOTICES. 14.1 The parties choose domicilium citandi et executandi (“Domicilium”) for the purposes of the giving of any notice, the payment of any sum, the serving of any process and for any other purpose arising from this Agreement, as follows: 14.1.1 The Seller: Postal address: Facsimile number: E-Mail: 14.1.2 The Purchaser: Postal address: Facsimile number: E-Mail: 14.2 Each of the Parties shall be entitled from time to time, by written notice to the other, to vary its Domicilium to any other address which is not a post office box or poste restante; provided no such change of Domiclium will be effective before 21 (twenty-one) days’ notice. 14.3 Any notice given by either Party to the other (“the Addressee”) which: 14.3.1 is delivered by hand at the Addressee’s physical Domicilium for the time being shall be presumed, until the contrary is proved by the Addressee, to have been received by the Addressee at the time of delivery; 14.3.2 is posted by prepaid registered post from an address within the Republic of South Africa to the addressee at the Addressee’s Domicilium for the time being shall be presumed, until the contrary is proved by the Addressee, to have been received by the Addressee on the fourth day after the date of posting; or 14.3.3 if sent by facsimile or e-mail to the Addressee at the Addressee’s facsimile or e-mail for the time being shall be presumed, and until the contrary is proved by the Addressee, to have been received by the Addressee within 1 (one) day after the date of sending.

DOMICILIUM AND NOTICES. 14.1 24.1 The parties Parties choose domicilium citandi et executandi (“Domiciliumdomicilium”) for the purposes of the giving of any notice, the payment of any sum, legal notice or the serving of any process and for any other purpose arising from this Agreementprocess, as follows: 14.1.1 The Seller: Postal address: Facsimile number: E24.1.1 Club Med – Offices 212-Mail:214 Design Quarter, corner Xxxxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxxx road, Fourways, 2128, Gauteng. 14.1.2 The Purchaser: Postal address: Facsimile number: E-Mail:24.1.2 You – Your physical address as advised by Yourself at the time of reservation/Your registered head office or the place of business, where applicable. 14.2 24.2 Each of the Parties parties shall be entitled from time to time, by written notice to the other, to vary its Domicilium domicilium to any other address which is not a post office box or poste restante; provided no such change of Domiclium will be effective before 21 (twenty-one) days’ notice. 14.3 24.3 Any notice given by either Party party to the other (“the Addressee”) which: 14.3.1 is 24.2.1 Is delivered by hand during the normal business hours of the Addressee at the Addressee’s physical Domicilium domicilium for the time being shall be presumed, until the contrary is proved by the Addressee, to have been received by the Addressee at the time of delivery; 14.3.2 is 24.2.2 Is posted by prepaid registered post from an address within the Republic of South Africa to the addressee Addressee at the Addressee’s Domicilium domicilium for the time being shall be presumed, until the contrary is proved by the Addressee, to have been received by the Addressee on the onthe fourth (4th) day after the date of posting; or 14.3.3 if sent by facsimile or e-mail to the Addressee at the Addressee’s facsimile or e-mail for the time being shall be presumed, and until the contrary is proved by the Addressee, to have been received by the Addressee within 1 (one) day after the date of sending.

DOMICILIUM AND NOTICES. 14.1 19.1 The parties choose domicilium citandi et executandi (“Domiciliumdomicilium”) for the purposes of the giving of any notice, the payment of any sum, the serving of any process and for any other purpose arising from this Agreement, agreement at their addresses and telefacsimile numbers as follows:set in the customer application annexed hereto. 14.1.1 The Seller: Postal address: Facsimile number: E-Mail:19.2 In the event that the domicilium address reflected above differs from that set out in the customer application annexed hereto the supplier shall in its sole discretion regard either of the addresses as the customers domicilium. 14.1.2 The Purchaser: Postal address: Facsimile number: E-Mail: 14.2 19.3 Each of the Parties parties shall be entitled from time to time, by written notice to the other, to vary its Domicilium domicilium to any other address which is not a post office box or poste restante; provided no such change of Domiclium will be effective before 21 (twenty-one) days’ notice. 14.3 19.4 Any notice given and any payment made by either Party any party to the any other (“the Addresseeaddressee”) which:shall be in writing and if – 14.3.1 is 19.4.1 delivered by hand during the normal business hours of the addressee at the Addresseeaddressee’s physical Domicilium domicilium for the time being shall be presumed, until the contrary is proved by the Addresseeaddressee, to have been received by the Addressee addressee at the time of delivery; 14.3.2 is 19.4.2 posted by prepaid registered post from an address within the Republic of South Africa to the addressee at the Addresseeaddressee’s Domicilium domicilium for the time being shall be presumed, until the contrary is proved by the Addresseeaddressee, to have been received by the Addressee addressee on the fourth day after the date of posting; or; 14.3.3 if sent 19.4.3 transmitted by facsimile or e-mail telefacsimile from an address to the Addressee addressee’s at the Addresseeaddresse’s facsimile or e-mail telefacsimile address for the time being shall be presumed, and until the contrary is proved by the Addresseeaddressee, to have been received by the Addressee within 1 (one) addressee on the first business day after the date of sendingtransmission.
