Dominance Over Individual Contracts. Any individual contract between the District and an individual teacher heretofore executed shall be subject to and consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If any individual contract contains any language inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement, during its duration, shall be controlling.
