Donor Recognition. Disclosure of Fund Name On Grants All grants from our fund will be anonymous. (Recipients of grants will not know the grant came from your fund.) Our fund name will be disclosed on all grants unless we notify YouthBridge to process a grant as anonymous. Publication of Fund Name YouthBridge may disclose our Fund’s name in its publications and online. YouthBridge may not disclose our Fund’s name in its publications or online.
Donor Recognition. The “Friends” shall be entitled, subject to applicable law and reasonable discretion of the DNR, to place and maintain in a visible location at the Site Improvements, at its own cost, a plaque, sign or other designation identifying its gift, subject to approval by the DNR prior to installation. The DNR may also recognize the donor pursuant to any applicable State of Michigan policy or procedure.

Donor Recognition. In coordination and consultation with UAF, UAAA donor recognition activities shall be continued for those individuals providing gifts designated to support the operations and activities of UAAA. Those individuals and organizations providing restricted and unrestricted gifts to UAF for the benefit of the University shall be recognized through donor recognition activities as coordinated and administered by UAF.
Donor Recognition. A. In recognition of Xxxxx’s full and upon Xxxxx’s final contribution, Charity shall enroll Donor in its Living Legacy Program (see Attachment A), at the [ ] level, entitling Donor to an Eternal Reef to be created in Donor’s honor at the time of need and placed at one of Charity’s Standard Placement locations on the ocean floor. Within 2 years of your death Charity will cast, transport and place your Eternal Reef; after 2 years, additional funds may be required.
B. Donor shall also be entitled to a bronze plaque installed in the Eternal Reef acknowledging and honoring Xxxxx’s contribution. Xxxxx’s Authorized Representative shall receive two certificates showing the GPS coordinates of Donor’s Eternal Reef final resting place.
C. Donor acknowledges that the placement location of the Eternal Reef will be determined by the Authorized Representative from the standard active permitted reef sites available at the time of need.
D. Donor acknowledges that once an Eternal Reef is placed in a reef system, it becomes the property of the permit holder where it is placed. Xxxxx agrees and acknowledges the Donor’s estate shall have no claim on the reef.
Donor Recognition. The City agrees that the Committee shall be entitled to naming rights for the Centennial Bridge, Centennial Road, the Rooftop Park, and the new physical features included on the Rooftop Park (e.g. visitor center, comfort center, trellis pavilion, etc.), subject to Mayoral approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. The City shall work closely with the Committee to identify additional donor recognition features within the Project area to memorialize philanthropic contributions to the Project funding. Permissible donor features may include plaques, benches, naming elements (not conferred above), and other reasonable features used within the City in similar circumstances. The design and location of donor recognition features shall be subject to City approval.
Donor Recognition. DONOR will be named as a member of the Legacy Society of the Community Foundation of Broward in publications unless DONOR instructs the FOUNDATION to keep name anonymous.

Should the Company desire to recognize the donation of a donor by naming the building, or any part thereof, in such a way to include the name of the donor, or should the Company have any other form of donor recognition program which references the name of the donor, the Company shall ensure that at all times it may comply with the following:
