Door Hardware. All hardware shall be Schlage or equal. Locksets shall be keyed with the Building master system.
Door Hardware. Tenant shall furnish and install all door locks and exit devices on all interior service doors, exterior doors, exit corridor doors, and storefront, using hardware recommended by Landlord in the Tenant Handbook.
Door Hardware. All entrance and exit door hardware must be of suitable type and ample size and weight to perform the service required. Hardware to be heavy-duty mortise entrance lock 6 pin, keyway C or E, with level handle (Schlage D Series, Athens or equal), and surface mounted overhead ADA compliant closer with concealed fasteners (no through bolting). The hardware must be of one design and finish. All entrance and exit doors must be keyed alike. Install a delayed action door closer at the handicap entrance. All door operations and hardware must meet ADA Standards.
Door Hardware. Unit entrance door lockset to be Schlage ND Series with a Sparta series lever,with satin nickel finish (finish #619). Unit interior doors to have Schlage ND Series latch set with a Sparta Series lever with satin nickel finish (finish #619). Hinges, closers, doorstops and other associated door hardware to be commercial grade in satin nickel finish (finish #619).
Door Hardware. A. General- Submit complete hardware schedule with descriptive product data. Provide complete high frequency commercial grade door hardware as required for function and applicable code requirements, except where specifically indicated otherwise. Comply with ADA and applicable code requirements. Generally, finish to be US26D/US32D.
Door Hardware. Hardware will wear and tarnish with normal use. The wear and tarnishing is not a defect, but part of the beauty and natural aging process. Seller will not replace hardware for normal wear or tarnishing.
Door Hardware. We will change the door panic exit device from the Van Duprin specified. The panic device will be a "crash" bar and rim panic device (similar to 149 ATTACHMENT "H" Kawneer Dor-O-Matic 2090)

Door Hardware. Provide the following STC related hardware with the door; perimeter seals, astragals, door bottoms, thresholds, and hardware standoff brackets. Include on Installation drawings a finish hardware schedule for each door and a hollow metal door frame schedule for each door indicating profile, dimensions, hardware reinforcement, and frame anchorage. Also indicate perimeter seals, door-bottom devices and other hardware items that are assembled in the shop. Refer to Section 08 71 00 DOOR HARDWARE for remaining hardware requirements.
