DOORS, FRAMES AND HARDWARE. A) Interior Office Doors
DOORS, FRAMES AND HARDWARE. All base building doors, frames and hardware are part of the shell construction. Typical units consist of painted hollow metal frame with 3’ x 8’ stain grade wood door with ADA lever handle.
DOORS, FRAMES AND HARDWARE. 1. One (1) door per twenty-five (25) lineal feet of interior partition allowance.
2. Interior doors shall be 3'0" wide by 7'0" high and 1-3/4" thick, solid core door with frame, prefinished, with a standard Mendecino Oak finish, both sides.
3. Interior door hardware will include lever-handled latch sets, 0-0/0" xxxx xx 0-0/0" xxxxx, xxxxx stop and three (3) silencers.
4. Hardware finish to be Schlage Brushed Aluminum or equal.
DOORS, FRAMES AND HARDWARE. Entry Door will be solid core stone washed white oak, double set in a hollow metal frame. Hardware will be heavy-duty lever-action latchset with a polished chrome finish. Interior doors will be paint grade solid core full height.

DOORS, FRAMES AND HARDWARE. A. Metal doors shall be provided at service core and mechanical rooms. They will be flush type 3’ x 8’ x 1-3/4” with veneer or stained hardwood finish at rooms with guest access (toilet rooms) and painted hollow metal at service rooms (electrical closets, mechanical rooms, etc.) in accordance with fire resistive requirements for each opening.
B. Exterior service doors will be painted hollow metal 3’ x 7’ x 1-3/4” in a painted hollow metal frame. At storefront and curtain wall locations, aluminum doors with glazing will be provided by the Landlord.
DOORS, FRAMES AND HARDWARE. Interior doors, unless indicated otherwise, shall be 3'-0" x 9' -0" solid core, premium grade, wood doors stained, sealed and varnished. All interior frames shall be painted hollow metal or prefinished aluminum. All door hardware shall be manufactured by Schlage, Best, or approved equal with its function appropriate for its intended usage. A building master keying system shall be devised for the building.
i. Finish on all hardware shall be US26D "brushed steel" or its price and delivery time equivalent.
ii. All hardware shall be commercial grade equivalent to Schlage "D" Series
iii. Restroom doors shall be push/pull.
iv. Closers shall be provided at doors to restrooms, stair access, corridors, utility rooms, lobby vestibules and exterior doors.
