DOORS, FRAMES AND HARDWARE. All base building doors, frames and hardware are part of the shell construction. Typical units consist of painted hollow metal frame with 3’ x 8’ stain grade wood door with ADA lever handle.

DOORS, FRAMES AND HARDWARE. 1. One (1) door per twenty-five (25) lineal feet of interior partition allowance. 2. Interior doors shall be 3'0" wide by 7'0" high and 1-3/4" thick, solid core door with frame, prefinished, with a standard Mendecino Oak finish, both sides. 3. Interior door hardware will include lever-handled latch sets, 1-1/▇" ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇-▇/▇" ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇p and three (3) silencers. 4. Hardware finish to be Schlage Brushed Aluminum or equal.

DOORS, FRAMES AND HARDWARE. A. Main entrance shall be a pair of glass Herculite doors. B. All interior partition doors will be 6'-8" in height by 1-3/4" in thickness, stain grade wood solid core, birch veneer with stain or clear urethane finish and width of 3'-0", and shall have lever handle passage latchsets and templated butt hinges. C. All door bucks are to be aluminum or steel knockdown type. All jointed heads on knockdown door bucks to be flush type. D. Landlord shall supply, in addition to exterior doors, up to three locksets on interior office doors. All keying shall conform to Landlord's master keying system.

DOORS, FRAMES AND HARDWARE. Entry Door will be solid core stone washed white oak, double set in a hollow metal frame. Hardware will be heavy-duty lever-action latchset with a polished chrome finish. Interior doors will be paint grade solid core full height.

DOORS, FRAMES AND HARDWARE. 2.1 Standard Entry/Corridor 2.1.1 Door 3' - 5/8" (6' - 0") x 8'0", 20-minute-rated, solid core door. Door finish to be plastic laminate-Color to be selected by WDG. 2.1.2 Frame 3' - 5/8" (or 6' - 0") x 8'0". Alumax Eagle Series, Brushed Aluminum.
