Dormitory Bathrooms: ~ 40 sf. Each bunk room shall have its own dedicated bathrooms to include the following specifications. The Developer shall be responsible to meet the current code requirements. Bathrooms will be constructed to the following specifications: a. Ceilings: Painted GWB. b. Wall Finish: Ceramic tile wainscot to 48” above the finished floor, with primed, paint-ready GWB with up to two paint colors. See Finish Schedule Figure 2. c. Flooring: Ceramic tile porcelain body, matte finish, complying with ANSI A137.1, paragraph 5.1, standard grade. Static coefficient of friction at 0.60 minimum. Trim shapes like caps, returns and other trim accessories shall have the same characteristics as the tile. Acceptable manufacturers for the setting bed material are American Olean Tile Company (Dallas, TX), Bostik (Middleton, MA), Laticrete International (Bethany, CT), Mapei Corporation (Garland, TX), PCI-USA Xxxxxxxxx Building Products (Shakopee, MN) and Summitville Tiles Inc. (Summitville, OH). The grout is to be Latex-modified sanded grout. The waterproof membrane shall be elastomeric compound formulated for use as a heavy-duty waterproof membrane.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If ECI chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, ECI’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by ECI to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 ECI shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from ECI’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office ECI utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow ECI’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.

  • Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities The Participating TO shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at the sole expense of the Interconnection Customer. Unless the Participating TO elects to fund the capital for the Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, they shall be solely funded by the Interconnection Customer.
