Downtown Seattle Zone Pay. A. The Downtown Seattle Zone is defined as the area West of I-5, East of Xxxxxxx Bay, South of Xxxxxx Street and North of Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx. For the purpose of this section the Xxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx boundaries will be straight line extensions to a point the straight line intersects Xxxxxxx bay.
