Common use of Drainage Plan Clause in Contracts

Drainage Plan. The Owner shall provide for grading and drainage of the subject lands all in accordance with a Drainage Plan and the Engineering Data. Drainage facilities and requirements shall be constructed and installed contemporaneously with the construction of the development. The Owner shall supply, construct or install all facilities and works necessary to connect the Owner's drainage system to the Municipality's storm sewer system, and shall pay to the Municipality any connection charges associated therewith.
