Drawdown of Advances. The provisions of Clause 3 (Drawdown of Advances) and Clause 4.3 (Revolving Credit Facility Availability Period) of the Common Terms Agreement are incorporated by reference herein as if the same were set out in full herein.
Drawdown of Advances. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Common Terms Agreement, the Company may request, and the Revolving Credit Facility Lenders shall make, Revolving Credit Facility Advances under the Revolving Credit Facility if, not later than 11:00 a.m. on the fifth Business Day before the proposed Advance Date, the Intercreditor Agent and the Revolving Credit Facility Lenders shall have received a completed Advance Request in respect of each such Advance.
