You will abide by Drexel University’s promulgated code of conduct relative to all student Residents and all other applicable relevant promulgated policies set forth on Drexel University’s official website. ii. You will abide by Drexel University’s promulgated code on weapons, explosive devices and fireworks under which Drexel University prohibits the use, possession, display or storage of any weapon, explosive device or fireworks on all land and buildings owned by Drexel University, including the Apartment Community. You are subject to Drexel University’s student conduct process procedures. Any violation of the foregoing policies or procedures shall constitute a default under this Lease Agreement.
